"Yet, it is not strength, so much as health, that is crying want of time. It is stamina, and the power, in each of us, to do our daily work with the least friction and the greatest amount of comfort and ease… Yet, it is health, rather than strength, that is the great requirement of modern man in modern occupations. It is not the power to travel great distances, carry great burdens, lift great weights, or great material obstructions. It is simply that condition of body, and that amount of vital capacity, which shall enable each man in place to pursue his calling, and work in his working life, with the greatest amount of comfort to himself and usefulness to his fellow men."-Eugen Sandow

I joined Chris' Outdoor Boot Camp class 9 months ago and it has made a huge difference in my fitness and stress level. The class is very challenging with varied circuit type training and is open to modification if you have injuries/issues. Not to mention, it is motivating and supportive to work out with other people every week who value their fitness, but also have jobs and families.

In addition, Chris has worked with me to put together a strength training program at home which is helping me reach my fitness goals and fits into my lifestyle. The whole package must be working as I am getting more and more compliments on my fitness and my clothes are fitting better every day!

I did want to tell you that I went for my first real run in six months last night.  The workouts are definitely helping, I felt so strong. So thanks, that was such a reward on a long week! Laura B

I met Chris over 9 years ago while taking group fitness classes at my local gym. Took one class and have never turned back. I've continued to do both group fitness classes as well as personal training under Chris. He makes his classes challenging, yet motivating. Chris wants you to come back for more. He gives unselfishly of his time and in doing so he has pushed me to do things I never thought I would. He has an undying dedication to his true passion in life that is evident in his style of teaching. Chris has also worked with me while I maintained my fitness routine through three pregnancies. He's great at working with clients of all fitness levels. Chris is challenging, encouraging and makes you want to come out of your safety zone. Eileen P

Need an individual coach? Need a team trainer? Chris is your man. Let's get this straight, I am completely biased; I have recommended Chris to my friends for years (never had a complaint from anyone I have ever introduced to him!) He has an amazing capacity to read his clients and will give you what you need - not always what you want - but this is one of the traits I admire about him most.

I first started to work with Chris because I had a desire to complete my first marathon. Through my training with Chris, he not only helped me increase my physical endurance, but he took the time to train my brain, and inspire my vision. When he first suggested I could make a Boston-time, I laughed... but step by step, he took me beyond my original goal to an even bigger one... and those tears I cried when my BQ time hit the finish line are a memory I will never forget.
He has an excellent eye for reading where you are, and excellent skills to take you to your goals... be careful though, he will have you surpassing your goals and achieving more than you thought you could. I never thought I could qualify for the Boston Marathon, and thanks to Chris, a dream I had never dreamed, came true and I ran Boston! Strength, speed, endurance... I highly recommend Chris at all levels. LJ

I heard about this class called No Limits Boot Camp and it oh so got my attention.  Chris took the old and the young and pushed each person above and beyond.  We did things that I have never done before.  The class was contagious and I didn’t want to miss a single one. That was my intro Chris and his encouragement to being a better athlete....So he has got me running with a 12 pound bar over my head, running stairs with a bosu up in the air and hitting football dummies on a football practice field. So, with all that in mind I thought what knowledge he would have to share with me to try to attempt my First triathlon.....First thing he said was "You can do it.  Let me put a program together."  I was six weeks out and each day he told me just what I had to do.  I felt just like an athlete in training.  I learned how to train correctly.  No workouts are the same so I never got bored and it was the right progressions.  I didn’t over train.  Now for the best part....Chris says "swim your swim, bike your bike and run your run". He gave me the knowledge to be the best and feel like Rocky.  I didn't break any speed records, but I never stopped.  I swam, rode and ran.  The feeling of accomplishment was like no other. My day in the sun was a gift and one that became a reality.  I owe my success to a great coach with the knowledge he shares for you to go above and beyond.  Chris, thank-you for my Rocky moment.  You gave me a gift I'll have forever....... Barb

I have been working out in a class taught by Chris for several weeks. I recently turned 45 years old and I am now in the best shape I have been in for years. The workout is fun, but tough, with new exercises every class. I have lost weight, I feel better, I sleep better, and I have more self confidence. I look forward to every workout as a challenge. My only regret is that I didn't do this 10 years earlier. David

"'I ran 10 miles!' A phrase I never thought I would utter. In as little as 6 months I went from suffering through a 1-mile run to comfortably and confidently completing a 10-mile race, and in a respectable time! It was only through Chris' guidance, enthusiasm, and commitment to my success that I accomplished this goal."

Chris encouraged me to set a challenging personal goal as part of my fitness program. He then provided his invaluable training expertise, along with a quiet confidence, that enabled me to succeed. Through integrating a variety of physical challenges into the workout program, he keeps it from becoming "routine". There is always a new challenge, which keeps it interesting while also increasing the physical, mental, and emotional stamina. Chris has the knowledge of how to increase your fitness performance, but more importantly has the unique ability to encourage you to drive yourself to the next level and accomplish your own "out of reach" goals."
