HEAD COACH
Chris Ridgway is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, IYCA Certified Youth Fitness Specialist, and a member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Chris has developed a strong reputation for motivating, educating and inspiring clients to Achieve Fitness Excellence®. As a fitness coach he has dedicated himself to working with clients in a variety of ways: boot camp style workouts, small groups, 1:1, group fitness classes, cycling classes, all ages of athletes . His skills as a knowledgeable, versatile and innovative trainer have helped hundreds of clients lead healthier lives. Chris is a former member of the Christopher Newport University and Virginia Tech varsity soccer teams. He has competed in a variety of on and off-road races including: marathons, ½ marathons, 10k’s, 5k’s, 10-milers, triathlons, mountain biking and adventure races.
He loves being a dad to his two children, Hadley and Hayden.
