1:1 Training

Customized program design and coaching are offered for individuals interested in workouts in the privacy of my gym, their own home, company gym, or outside at a local park or school playground. After completing the Health History and PAR-Q forms your fitness coach will design a program specific to your needs and goals.

Sessions can be between 30 – 60 minutes in length and each workout takes you one step closer to Achieving Fitness Excellence®!
