Small Group

For groups of 2-5 participants Small Group training offers you a chance to interface with a Fitness Coach at a very affordable price. Whether it be for fat loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level. Train with friends, family, or co-workers! Start your own group or join an established group.

Small group personal training sessions are 30 – 60 minutes in length. Custom designed workouts are tailored specifically to each small group. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your level of Fitness Excellence® at an economical rate.
